Question about Computers & Internet
Please uninstall the skype and run this software (click here to download ccleaner), Open the link, download the program "Ccleaner" install it and run the "registry" cleaner, you can also run the system "Cleaner" if there's no downloaded saved on the internet explorer download directory. After you run the cleaner, restart your computer, download the latest version of skype and install it again. Don't configure anything like connection settings etc.. from the advanced settings. Now click on the advanced settings and check if the Connection settings shows like this or not. (refer to the picture below)
If it's not similar, modify the settings and save the changes. Now restart the skype and that'll work fine if there's no windows or virus problem.
If you have problem, Please update me.
Thanks for using FixYa.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
