Question about HP LaserJet 2840 Printer
Hi wiz's i have a problem with my 2840 in that even though it has new cartridges it shows "replace supplies"
my control panel shows the following
[ _ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ]
only the first one has a black line at the bottom
i have taken out all the cartridges and replaced them
i think the solution is to somehow overided the printer to allow it to print until the cartridge is totally empty
to be honest i am open to any suggestion otherwise i will throw it out
please respond to firstname.lastname@example.org
If one of the color cartridges runs out the machine will switch to black only mode. However, I have found no way to force it to continue printing in color mode when any one of the cartridges runs out.
