Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W55 Digital Camera
My camera accidentally fell with the camera lens sticking out. Now it is stuck. It still works but the lens won't close and I can't get them to close. Everytime I turn on the camera, it tells me to turn the camera off and then back on but doesn't work.
If this problem only started happening after you dropped your camera there is likely physical damage to the lens, and you need to have it looked at by an authorized service technician. When this camera has a hardware problem it will tell the user to turn it off and back on, but since the physical problem is not actually resolved by doing this you gets the message again.
