SOURCE: Recently i have a problem

Where is the 'internal error' showing up, in the NComputing console, or on the Station screens? My recommendation is to uninstall the vSpace software, reboot, run thier cleanup utility, and reinstall the latest version. Before reinstalling, make SURE that you have applied XP SP3 and ALL of the current MS updates. Additionally, browse Device Manager and make sure there are NO missing or conflicting drivers. Lastly, if Intel Active Management Technology is installed, disable it. This will be listed in the ports section of Device Manager as either IAMT or SOL/COM3. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT install from the provided CD. As of this posting date, the cleanup utility is available here: nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall. The most up to date vSapce for X300 on XP is at: ncomputing.com/download/x300.zip. If you hit this post later and the supplied URLs are not valid call NComputing TS at 888-365-1210.

SOURCE: GOOD MORNING Sir system please

The update prompt is nothing more than a notification flag, it doesn't really know if there is an update available or not. Having said that, I'd recommend you do the following which should get you all set. Ap Uninstall any current version of vSpace. Reboot. Makesure you have no missing or conflicting device drivers inside of devicemanager. Also, while in Device Manager, navigate to the Ports Section andsee if there is anything listed for Intel Active Management Technology. It will be listed as IAMT or SOL/COM3. If so, right click it and disableit. Then run the NComputing cleanup utility located here:www.nc-eng.com/tools/ncuninstall.exe. Download current version for XP(v4.03.104.1) from here: www.ncomputing.com/download/x300. Unpack the.ZIP file and install. Reboot and register.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOTinstall from the provided CD and upgrade. Simply install straightfrom the download file I provided in the link. Lastly make SURE you REGISTER the CARD and the XD1 boxes.

I install ncx xtenda 2000 xp but shows message - internal error! What will be the proble?

Internal error means that there are conflicting applets running in the program. These can be caused by corruption or bad settings.
Uninstall every guest OS and reset everything to default. If you have just installed it then you either chose a bad option during install or the installer is corrupted - redownload it.

NComputing vSpace not installed my pc Error

Options:
(A)

An authorization error usually occurs when more than one system in a LAN has the same software serial numbers assigned to the system. In this case, the first PC to be turned on does not suffer an authorization error, but any subsequent PC's which contain the same serial number will experience the issue.
To remove these duplicate serial numbers, first unregister them, then delete them from the host PC they are installed on:
  1. Access the NConsole application by either:
    • Click "Start" > "All Programs" > "NCX-2000-XP" > click on the entry labeled "NCX - 2000 - XP"
    • Double-click the NComputing console application icon in the system tray
  2. In the left-hand pane, navigate to "Local Settings" > "Information and Settings" > "Serial Numbers"
  3. To unregister a serial number, right-click on the number and select "Unregister now"
  4. To remove serials, right-click on the number and select "Delete"
Also, an update that does not install correctly may rarely cause corruption of the data file in which serial number information is contained, causing this error. If there are no other X-series hosts on the network with duplicate serials, then a complete uninstall and reinstall of the X-series software may fix this issue. When uninstalling, choose to unregister all serials and remove all serial registration data.
To download the latest version of our software, please search the knowledge base using "software download" as the search text, for links to the latest software.

(B)
When more than one X300 station is used under the same login (same Username on two or more stations), Active Desktop error messages may occur. Also stations would be sharing same user settings and other files, which could cause unpredictable errors.
Different stations should always be used with different usernames logged in. To add more User accounts (usernames), go to Windows Control Panel, select Users and then go to Create New User option.

After installing a modem driver in my Dell Optiplex360 XP, it detect the modem and when i try to access the modem through device manager or uninstall from control panel the system hault. and a message like...

Did you download the driver from the DELL site?
If you use your resource CD, it will detect the hardware in your system correctly.

Start the system in safe mode (F8 at startup
Go to Device Manager (Control panel, device manager)
Remove the modem from the list
Now insert the resource CD and after it loads, it will pout check marks next to each item that is found in your system
Select the modem and install the driver.

If you do not have the resource cd
Boot to safe mode
Start the device manager
Remove the modem
Install the driver from the dell website
Reboot

If these do not work, the modem may be at fault.
If it is the modem that came with the machine, it could be going bad.
If it is new or different modem, it probably is incompatible with your system.

2 x 2GB Kingston CL5 detected as 1 GB each one

Ok, I got it, Ur motherboard supports upto 8GB DDRII Dual channel

Try using these RAMs on other slots of the board to check if there is a problem with RAM Slot (As there are four slots on ur board).

If no success, try using RAMs on some other system to confirm whether problem is with RAM or Motherboard.
