Sewing machine issue

the needle does not move up and down, it seems to be stuck. the motor powers and turns, but just not the needle
I have the same problem
I know someone who can solve this problem

Sounds like you may have a piece of thread stuck in the raceway, force the balance wheel back and you may be able to unjam it.
