It's simple. You just need to put it to DFU mode to bypass the passcode restriction and continue on restore.

How to connect to itunes

What do you mean? It is disabled and need to connect to iTunes? If so, you just don't need to do that. You can put your iPhone into recovery mode then exit to fix this. Try the tool ReiBoot to enter and exit iOS recovery mode. Tenorshare ReiBoot

How do i get pictures off a disabled iphone 3gs?

You mean your iPhone 3GS is disabled but the pictures are still in the phone? Want to move them off from the Disabled 3GS?
As we know, Apple has an relatively close system compared to andriod phones. So you cannot extract the pictures directly from iPhone as usual.
But I know there is an iPhone data recovery can extract iPhone data including pictures, contacts, text messages and so on to PC. There is a good article which describes how to extract iPhone data in detail. Hope it helps- - )

Quick discharging of the Iphone 3gs battery

perfectly normal. as the iphone is a super-powerful smartphone. also it depends on wich application you are using. 3d games, 3g wireless internet and the PUSH notifications, generally contribute to drain the battery's life. to enlarge you battery's duration i would recommend to disable the push notifications, or at least give them a longer refresh delay. also, it would help if you install a battery monitiring application and lock the phone immediatly after use. the drawback is that you wil hae to manually check you e-mails and other things that depends on the push notifications.
