Check the HEADLAMP relay in the under fuse / relay box . Plus the high / low beam relay . same location . If those are good can you check B+ voltage an grounds using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? How to read one ? It's always a good idea to do testing of the electrical circuits before replacing parts . A lot of good videos on youtube for learning how to test electrical systems on automobiles .

ya its is prolly the bulbs, open your hood. look behind your headlamps, some have covers for the low beam and high beam. if there are covers turn on your high beams so you will know which bulb is your lowbeam. if you can unplug them. after cover is removed and you can acces the bulbs. they either twist out, lefty lossey. or they have little metal retainers that you have to move a certian way before you can swing the retainer out. its like a door you just have to unhook the proper side of retainer and the other side will be hinged. use a flash light and look at it close. good luck

With electrical problems I always look for a bad ground wire, especially on older vehicles. Look for any wire that goes to an inner fender or the engine, there maybe a faulty relay in the circuit too. good luck, Chuck

had the same problem on my 92....check under the hood on the drivers side, towards the front, there is a "junction box" with all of the lighting wires connecting from the switches to the lights. My wires were all corroded inside,so I cleaned the ends and bought a new box from the local electronic supply store. The problem has not come back.
Cheers
