The 20.0 is really nice!!! I could probably deal with out the extra 512 for that price. i could add in a jump drive using ready boost to pick up a little slack!!!!
I have an atx case so that isn't a problem. The foxcon won't work because i need the agp slot. Thinking really hard about that 20$ board. Performance should be just at good as the old correct??

Don't know what your budget is...LINK

That Abit is a good board but I thought you had 2.5 gig RAM
Abit only supports 2gig
GEEKS.COM has good boards cheap
you want a board that is 800mhz FSB and supports 64bit Architecture AMD socket 754 processors

I've never had a problem with FOXCONN boards, If you want a cheap board, check out the geeks.com and there is a board I linked that is on sale today for $19.95. it only supports 2gig ram. but everything else is OK. also what size tower does your unit have as the ASROCK board is full size and not a small or micro ATX.

Actually better as the board from the geeks allows for the addition of a separate board taking you up to the 939 amd processors.
All your components will transfer over. processor heat sink fan etc.

ok look on Ebay and you will find exactly what you need. No problem. Ans otherwise there are a ton of on line shops around who still carry this.

Hiya christ looks like a good board and the fan is easily put over. But even a new one cost almost nothing. I would go for this one as an abit board needs different fan anyways.
Good luck with it and about 50-60 dollars is a real good deal
