All The Best: Pineworks All files on my website are only there for a limited time.
I also have a mp470. Try this before the driver download. Click Start, click all programs, select Canon utilities, select mp navigator, click on mp navigator again. On my pc this opens a window where I can select Scan/import from the platen or from a memory card. If this does not work here is a link to Canon to get your drivers. Note: turn off and uninstall your MP470 before installing the new drivers. Select your operating system from the list and select your desired drivers. http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/controller?act=ModelInfoAct&tabact=DownloadDetailTabAct&fcategoryid=334&modelid=15403
Click here for the Canon MP470 driver download page. Give it a moment, it starts on service and support then switches. If for some reason it doesn't switch, click on the Downloads tab. Select your operating system and follow the prompts.
