I have an HPDeskjet D2360. It prints the test page correctly but if coming from a document such as MS office Open office or PDF, it comes out blank. Tried both for windows 7 and 10. How do i fix this?

If you can print, consult your firewall vendor's support site for steps to add the printer as an exception to allow communication with your printer. The printer uses UDP ports 137, 138, 161, 162, 427, and TCP ports 137, 139, 427, 9100, 9220, and 9500. After changing adding these ports as exceptions, re-enable the firewall in the Print and Scan Doctor.

could be a printer language mismatch with driver

My print server cannot be reset to the factory default for some reason. I have tried holding the reset button for 10 secs, but without luck.

I have some devices where I have to hold the reset for 20 seconds. So try holding it longer. And make sure the print server is powered up when you do it.

Network Printing is not working

what drivers are you using? try both PCL and UFRII. also, check thru WWW interface(will be faster) if there's a department managment turned on. i it is, disable it. i assume you are creating local tcp/ip port with printer ip, raw mode, port 9100 and device is canon network printer. also did you noticed is windows discovers the device as canon network printer, raw mode etc, or you have to enter it manually? if it can't discover it, there's some connection problem.

Emulex NetJet Print Server Problem

The standard port settings used when setting up a Printer Port is Port 9100 (TCP) when normally communicating with the Jet direct / LaserJet 4 plus printer.

However when using the Emulex Card it s default is Port 2501 (UDP). So within XP change the Port setting to 2501 and it then will communicate correctly.

PagePro 9100 says "1 active job" but won't print

I found out that it was some (vector) snowflakes we had in the art that had gradients that caused the printer to freeze.

We removed (in Adobe Illustrator® CS3) all of art work then replacing it on piece at a time, printing OK until we added the snowflakes. Turning the gradients into just halftones was our solution. The printer representative is going to give our printer a memory upgrade for free.

Network printing

If you can see it, it is set up right, however, the configuration might be wrong. Go to printer properties in the control panel. Open up the ports tab, select configure port. You will see that it is probably set: protocol:Raw, port:9100. Sometimes the port is 10001. Otherwise, set it to LPR, and put LP1 for the queue Name. That should do it.
