Question about Philips 42PFL3403D/27 42 in. LCD TV
First thing is to isolate if the problem is with the remote or the tv. If you have a phone with a camera or a digital camera. Point the camera towards the front part of the remote and see if when you push any buttons that the it will light up. The infrared can be picked up by the camera. If the remote is working then we have isolated the problem to the tv. If the remote isn't working then you will want to replace the remote. If you need further assistance please let me know.
