If the motor needs to be replaced, then you need to follow the below steps,

You need to pull the motor out and & check the data plate on the motor.

This data plate would list the HP number ,
You can get it from a local electric shop or a HVAC supply house the usually keep this in stock and will save you a good amount of money.
As most are reversible rotation you need to be sure to get a matching capacitor.

Also note the motor type, if it is of the PSC type, it will have a running capacitor already.

You can check and replace the blower fan accordingly.
