My new andis t outliner making a loud noise

The Andis T-Outliner that you purchase from the USA is not for UK voltage 220 50 HZ, the Voltage is too high, the only way to control the voltage is transformer from 220V to 120 V. The Andis Trimmer that may work for you is the GTX trimmer this trimmer was manufactured for Canada and there voltage is 220V 50HZ.

Andis t outliner is making a loud noise someone help please?

This unit will not work correctly in the UK as it has a magnetic motor. No matter how you try to tune it it will be very loud and eventually the motor will burn out.

Brand new andis trimmer pulling hair and not cutting good

The questions about Andis T-Outliner or Andis Styliner II, about not cutting or pulling hair.
On the Andis T-Outliner trimmer if the sharpness of the blade is worn out, all the tricks and treats won't make this blade to cut hair. Before I do any kind of work to the trimmer, I first test the coil for the right amount power, I can get out of the coil, without this power, it doesn't matter how new or old the trimmer is, the trimmer will not cut hair at all. If the coil is good, I will sharpen the blade and set it according to your needs (lineups or shave setting) after the blade is sharpened and set. The trimmer will need to be, adjusted for alignment to the blade, adjust the power of the coil, and adjust the tension for the blade. All these factors are involved in the Andis T-Outliner to cut hair clean especially lineups or shaving. These adjustments work together for the trimmer to work properly. I know that we all trying to save money, which is part of life, but sometimes frustration will take over and say hell with it, I'll buy another or forget it. Manufactures make mistakes, sometimes the trimmer was not sharpened or adjusted correctly. Any case, what I'm trying to say here, if you try all the tricks & treats and can get your trimmer to work, it may be easier for you to send it to a professional to sharpen & repair the problem and set the blade according to your needs (lineups or shave setting) We specialize on Andis T-Outliner Trimmers. Our complete sharpening & repair service is $19.99 each trimmer, this includes return shipping. We sharpen the blade, adjust and set the blade according to your request (Lineup or Shave setting) make all the necessary adjustments for alignment, power, tension to make your trimmer work better than new. My andis T-outliner is makeing a loud noise

The problem you describe is most likely due to the fact that the machine you bought is designed to operate on 110v/60Hz electrical supply as used in North America. In fact the T-Outliner is only designed to operate on 110v/60Hz so even if you use a transformer you will only convert the voltage from 110v to 230v. You will not convert the frequency 'Hz' from 60Hz to 50Hz which is necessary with an electrical product with many moving parts such as a clipper to operate correctly on the European electrical supply which is 230v/50Hz........Check on ebay 'Voltage and Frequency Converter' about 65 pounds. The only solution
