85mph with a rider under 200lbs and decent road conditions. Lighter rider can get 90+ at 7500+rpm in 5th without much strain on the engine. Can improve this a bit by increasing jet size and an aftermarket intake.

Also buying new sprockets 1 up on counter-sprocket and 2 up on rear will add about 8mph to top speed at low cost.

My 2007 Q link legend wont start,i turned the key on all lights flickerd and went out and now it wont do anything?

sounds new enough to not have troble like this. The battery might be bad or dead or the connedctions can be bad. If the battery test good and is fully charged. it may have blown a fuse. If it did you need to inspect the vehical for the cause of the problem that blew the fuse. Sure fuses can blow if their old or rusty, but most of the time a pinched wire or broken connector ( rusted). The ingtion switch is sometimes exposed to water and the switch may need to be carefully cleaned to restore the connection.
