Question about Brother Office Equipment & Supplies
After having a good look at the aperture where the red ink cartridge plugs into I got a wet piece of tissue and soaked the area removing all of the ink residue. Powered the printer up and ran the cleaning cycle a few times, now I have perfect print again. I suppose before changing to a new cartridge you should probably clean this area just to stop ink buil;d up
