TRy resoldering the Flyback transformer. If that doesnt solve the issue you may need to replace the small signal board which is famous for causing that symptom.

ur relay keep try hard to turn tv on that u hear clicking noise.
+5VDC is leaking! open back cover,check power supply board.
1000uF or 2200uF capacitor is popped open or leaky.replace with known top quality capacitor.do it ur self repair will save u $200.
