Question about Keurig B60 Coffee Maker

Keurig B2000 only dispensing 1/8 cup of water

Kcup holder and tip have all been cleaned and look to be in good shape.

Push button with no k cup in to see if just hot water will come through. After pushing button it takes about 25 seconds for first drip of water to enter the cup. During this time the engine in the k cup area is straining and surging power (my lights dim sometimes). After 25 seconds- spurts of water come out but never a steady stream and in the end we have about 1/8 to 1/4 c. water in the cup (it is hot though)!!

After trying this process for 3 or 4 times all the lights start to blink on the machine and you can not operate the machine again unless you turn if off then back on again. (Signal to me that something is not right.)

All fuses look to be in good order and plugged in, no apparent damage from shipping or something that might have gotten loose.

From the people I have had look at it they seem to think maybe the valve between the hot h2o tank and the k-cup is bad? We really do not know though.

Sounds like a cleaning problem. Mix 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water pout into machine and brew,WITHOUT K CUP! Do 5-6 x's and then brew plain water to rinse vinegar out. Do this several times. Should be ready to go.

Cup not filling up

There are 3 needles on the underside of the lid and one on the bottom of the kcup holder. Using a thin "uncoated" paper clip, straighten the clip and insert it into the hollow needles and then run a 4oz cup of hot water (NO Kcup}. Repeat until NO more grounds are dispensed. Dave

No water coming out of keurig

It could be that your Keurig's water line is clogged. To flush out debris, run water through your brewer a few times without a K-Cup. I'd recommend this step if your Keurig is brewing some coffee, just not a full cup.
Turn off your brewer and use an unfolded paperclip to clean out the holes in the top needle.
Still won't brew? Try the burp and slap method: unplug, remove water reservoir, turn your Keurig over and spank its bottom.
If you've given your Keurig a good spanking and it still won't behave, contact Keurig (866-901-BREW) for help.

Check the needle inside the k-cup holder to ensure it is not clogged. You can completely remove the k-cup holder by pushing up from the bottom (where it dispenses into your coffee cup). Then rinse it out with hot water using your kitchen sink sprayer. The manufacturer also recommends inserting the tip of a small paper clip into the needle to push out any debris if needed. Then replace the k-cup holder by aligning the arrows and snapping it back into place. Next try to brew your regular cup of coffee and see if that fixed the problem. Hope that worked for you...Best of luck!
