It might be cause there is not enough voltage going to the amp or a fuse could be bad

Red Triangle light off?

I have the same amp in my car, If it is only a month old there is a internal problem with it, It should stay on when you used a jumper wire, I installed car audio for over 40 years before i retired, End was allso Am a certified electronic (Tech) PS,One thing it is not a 2 channel amp, people mistake it for a 2 channel amp because of the for speaker terminals on them, It is a mono (Bloc) Amp ,End where people go wrong on wireing them up is buy , Having each sub hooh up seperately to it, Instead of use just one of the negative end positive terminal on it , .I no the instruction for the wireing on it are confuseing, That can cause it to shot down. Allso if you have dual voice coil subs end there not wired up properly will cause it to shot down,

When i turn the music up sub cut off blue light stay on red triangle cuts off

Hi, the amp is going into protect mode. You can either keep it turned down or possibly reconfigure the speaker connections for a higher impedance. If you tell be the model of your sub, I may be able to suggest a better arrangement.

There is a manual here if you don't have one: http://manual.kenwood.com/en_contents/attachDownload/6017/

I just brought this unit and i had brought another one last month and i can not find the silver package with the print head in it. i just open the box for the new one i brought yesterday and i can not...

There are few printers which has the printhead assembly pre-installed and all you need to do is install the cartridges.

If not

Open the Front access door ( front panel door ) and check if the Printhead package is inside it. If not call the Tech support and request for the Printheads

Circuit City ? I'll keep that opinion to myself.
If all is properly hooked up, Check the ground wire for the amp.
Give it a tug where it is connected to the car chassis, NOT the amp,
if it moves or comes loose thats easy to fix, scrape the paint off the grounding point use a high quality ring terminal and a oversize screw with a star locknut. Also check the wiring in the box.
Subs and boxes are quite heavy. And if it's banging around, I hope you have it in a trunk, they are very lethal projectiles in a hatchback should you have a accident.
My second thought is that you may have dislocated a component , solder joint, or cracked the PC board,
When in doubt see a installer. Good luck Sumthin
