There should be a nut around the colum that comes up from the wheel and connects to the handlebars that is probably loose. If you can't get it yourself I have found that if you take it to a local bike shop they will fix these things usually for free or at a minimal charge usually less than five bucks. Take to a mom and pops type store you will get better service and like I said they will usually fix these things on the spot for free. hope this helps

you for contacting Kettler USA Parts. There is no way to make a wheel that has
the free wheel feature to be a permanent fixed wheel. The only way to make the
pedals turn with the wheel is if the child pedals the trike. We do have a wheel
from another trike that looks like the wheel on your trike but does not have the
free wheel feature that you can purchase. Please supply us with a home phone
number, address and the model# off of the round white sticker on the underside
of your trike so we can supply you with a price quote for this fixed
