EVER SINCE I BOUGHT MY PLAYER MY BACK UP BATTERY SYSTEM DOSE NOT CHARGE OR RECHARGE. ALSO I LOST MY REMOTE CONTROL FOR THIS PLAYER. PLEASE HELP ME I REALLY LOVE THIS PLAYER & i recomenndid IT TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU
