Question about Pc America Restaurant Pro Express
Log in with an Administrator account. Go to your options screen. Under Cashier functions, choose recall on-hold invoices. Select the invoices in question one at a time. Once displayed, choose EDITS, then VOID INVOICE.
If you do not a permission to do this function, go to OPTIONS, ADMINISTRATIVE, EMPLOYEE MAINTENANCE. Choose the employee you are logged in as. Under FUNCTIONALITY, set VOID INVOICES to YES. Then SAVE. Then try above steps again.
