I just brought a Tasco 302911 114mm x 500mm reflector telescope from an op shop although it didn't come with any lenses. Where I can get lenses and which lenses do I buy?

Eyepieces come in 3 sizes: .965, 1.25 inch, and 2 inch. Measure the hole in the focuser. Here is one on line retailer that sells eyepieces.

I have a tasco 114mm by 900 luminova when i look through it all i see is around white circle what am i doing wrong

You are NOT focused properly. Take the scope out side during the day time and practice focusing on a distant object. Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser.

By the way in the picture shown on your post-- FIXYA has the scope mounted BACKWARDS and pointed at the ground. The focuser and small finder scope are on the UP end of the telescope.

You are NOT focused properly. Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one.

Go outside during the daytime and practice focusing on a distant object. Turn the focus knob back and forth slowly until the image is in sharp focus.

Wont focus correctly

TOO MUCH magnification. Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. DO NOT USE the 2x barlow. Try Jupiter with lower magnification.

The only thing fragile are the main primary mirror and the smaller secondary mirror anything else can be cleaned with Windex and or Pledge.

The mirror should be VERY dirty or leave it alone.

You must do this gently or you will scratch the mirror. Once the mirror is clean you will need to re-collimate the scope. Watch this video:
