I have a konica 7035 photocopier and i have moved office, when it was moved they wheeled on the uneven pretty poor path which caused vibration, and now it wont start up it turns on for about 30 seconds, can you help

It is not wheel wobble but vibration from the front brakes. The front brake rotors have worn unevenly (known as disc thickness variation - DTV) and when this occurs you will get vibration from the front rotors as you apply the brakes and it is especially noticeable when braking on down hill runs. DTV is usually caused by poor alignment of the rotors on the hub. In other words sloppy installation procedures.

You will need to replace both the rotors and brake pads on the front and make sure the business that does the work properly checks the rotor for run out.

1 look to the drum surface for scratch if their is replaced it. 2 the write unit might already defective. Damage drum will cause sparks to charging unit and Horizontal lines produce.

Wheel alignment and tire balance are the first place to look. if you feel vibrations in the seat. the rear wheels are the fist place to check. if vibrations are present through the steering wheel, then front tire alignment and tire balance are probably the cause. or something suspension or steering related. Even uneven wear on tires can cause this. but uneven wear is the sign of another problem, tracing back to suspension or steering problems.

Have you ever replaced the shocks / struts? Are you sure your tire does'nt have a bump spot or out of round? I usually will swap the tires front to back to see if the vibration or bumping moves, good way to tell if the tire is bad. I've gotten some pretty poor tires before, some do have factory flaws that will cause that. Shocks will cause that also. Sway bar pins / joints that are worn can cause that also.

Tire vibration can be caused by a few things. Here's what to check:
1. Check the tire inflation. Make sure it's at the recommended pressure.
2. Have a local tire shop check your tire balance. If a tire is out of balance you'll notice the vibration at speeds above 50mph.
3.Wheel alignment. If the alignment is out, the tire will show uneven wear and can cause vibration also.
4. If a front wheel bearing is going out, it can cause vibration, but since your car is only 5-6 years old, this probably isn't the case.

Hi vibration at 60 is normally wheel balance not the alaignment, get the 2 front wheels weighted and balanced, if they are wearing unevenly then it could be suspension bushes,track rod ends.

But most likely the wheels just need balancing only cost about $20 to 30 max

A 46-11 code indicates a communication failure between the A/D converter board and the main control board. Likely a bad or poorly seated ribbon cable. Try to reset the machine by turning off the main power switch on the side of the machine for 10 seconds and re-powering up. If the problem persists you will need to call a technician.

Three possibilities
1 Disk to thin/worn unevenly causing harmonics problem in disk resulting in vibration.
Replace Disk
2 Wheel hub slightly loose immitating disk vibration problem
Tighten/replace faulty hub
3 Slide pins for caliper siezed with rust causing uneven grip application/loss between pads and rotor.
