Question about HP OfficeJet 7310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
It seems. this issue is a default problem for few Hp models, but I am not sure. I've come across myself several similar problems. Some got fixed after replacing the Ac adapter, some got fixed after cleaning the rollers and all paper passage, some after turning it of and turning it on. But most of all cleaning the rollers and passage do the trick.
First remove all the papers(if any on the trays) and cartridges, unplug the power cord, usb cable and ethernet cable, open the rear panel door, take a soft brush, dip it in alcohol and wipe the rollers inside the rear panel door compartment. Also lift up the scanning unit and open the front panel door, wipe all the rollers. You can use blower to clean the passage, after both the front and the rear door are opened, blow through the passage with a blow (no problem, you can give a hard blow-:)). Clean whatever is possible and again reinstall/reconnect everything. Now try printing again. Hopefully it should work fine.
If the problem persists, try with another Ac adapter (similar hp adapter). You can also replace the rollers, but if you have no idea with what you are doing, i don't recommend, you better call hp for service.
I wish you good luck.
Thanks for using FixYa.
