You posted under Intermatic-malibu timers.
There are no parts for power packs except trippers.
Improvise by cutting off bottom of 1 gallon plastic bottle and spray paint black. Or buy plastic food storage container and do same.

Easiest thing might be buy cheap plug in timer, set power pack to override and plug power pack into cheap timer.
Power packs come with warranty if you have receipt.

My ML200RTW isn't generating 12VDC anymore. It receives the 120VAC signal and the timer works (it hums and keeps the time). I can manually activate the timer switch, but no matter what position I put...

Bad news.
There are no repair parts for broken power pack.
Terminals A and B should test for 12 volts, as you have determined.
Terminals C is for photo eye operation only.
If transformer hums, that is signal that it is working.
It might be possible to open case and somehow find the copper wire from the transformer that will produce 12 volts again, but nobody has reported being able to fix power pack.
Please add a comment and say if you are able to do this successfully.
ML series power packs have 5 year limited warranty, and you usually need the receipt.

Timer turns lights on for 2 seconds then shuts off ?????

Timer is malfunctioning, or trippers are worn down and don't fully push the switch over.
See it timer operates on manual override.
Buy new trippers, and/or buy cheap plug-in timer, and then set power pack to override, and plug power pack into cheap timer.

Power Pack uses 107SB189 ON tripper, and 107SB192 OFF tripper

How do I do the wire connection to the transformer? i have a single wire leading to 2 up lights. this is a Malibu 200 watt with 3 connectors on the back.

I'm assuming that you have a cord that has 2 leads, similar to a black extension cord. Connect one lead to the farthest one on the left screw, skip the middle screw, then connect the other lead to the right screw. Why they did this might be because they used a standard terminal block on all their product and were too lazy to take out the middle screw.

Transformer problem

Malibu power pack has to match total watts of bulbs

15 bulbs each 20 watt = 300 Watt power pack
10 bulbs each 20 watt = 200 Watt power pack

No voltage to thermostat.none to condenser vltage.main voltage to con.ison.

Check for proper voltage to the unit , (generally 110VAC) check the transformer secondary for approx 24 volts. Verify the door switch is operating properly and that the door switch engages when the cover is put back on. if all of this proves good then check the wirtes going to the thermosta and the condenser
