Question about Dell IN1910N 19" Monitor
The issue can be with the monitor or can also be due to an issue with your PC. You'll need to check for any disconnections from your monitor to pc. Make sure that the connector to the monitor is fine and all the pins are intact. If the above things are fine then it is an issue with the PC's Video card. To be sure you can try connecting a laptop/another monitor with the desktop to confirm if its an issue with the Video Card or monitor.
