Question about HP Computers & Internet
Sounds like the LCD glass is broken. Yes it can be fixed but you might not want to pay the price. I'd consider a new computer. Here is one of many sites that sell screens.
An alternative is to hook the laptop up to a monitor. Of course you cannot carry it around anymore but it is cheaper than a new computer or a fix.
