Let the printer repair itself. Got to start menu select the printer then select properties. Go to maintenance menu try all the basic testing. If it still didn't work out, delete the previous driver and install it again, then restart and try printing again.

I think you need to check it with warranty if it comes with it. Because if it has sometime left with warranty try using that. I do believe that if its problem with parts than its different issue. Check if there is an error showed in the PC when you give orint command does it show any dialogue box with error and what is it? Try uninstalling and using its software remedies which comes with the CD.

Did you mean CL-41 has run out? if so Press Hold the button with orange led on it's side for 5-10 seconds. that will reset your cartridge and the software driver will never monitor the ink cartridge level anymore. Hope to be of help.
