Question about Computers & Internet
I have a Dell SK-8135 keyboard attached to a laptop on a docking station. A couple weeks ago I highlighted some text in a word document and hit the delete key to no effect. The text remained in the document, highlighted, but not deleted. I had to right click and cut the selected text (no option to delete appeared in the drop down menu). A few days ago I noticed a small note at the bottom of the screen when I tried to delete selected text again that said "Delete Block? No (Yes)." I have to hit the Y key to complete the delete action. I have no idea what I did to change this feature and it is driving me crazy. Can you help me out here>
The problem is that you have WordPerfect settings on.
Go to Tools > Options
Click the General tab
You need to uncheck the two items listed below:
-Help for WordPerfect users
-Navigation keys for WordPerfect users

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
