Question about Pioneer AVIC-D1 Car Video Player
My unit is approx 3 years old. Now the touchscreen wont work. It is like the left side of the screen is always on the 3rd preset. I cant use the navigation system at all and it wont let me change radio stations. Is this thing toast after 3 years ?
Pioneer has a repair service center in California. Look up warrenty and service repair on their site. With a problem that detailed it realy cant be narrowed down to one thing. The good thing is you have enough wrong that you actualy benifit from their flat rate fee's for repair.
Me on the other end ended up paying $200 for them to replace a fuse. :( So yeah look up the repair centers number, give them a call and they will tell you what you need to do. The unit is repairable.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
