If you go to "my computer" from the start menu and the RIGHT click on the cd/dvd drive there should be an "eject" option. If that doesn't work you could use a paper clip to eject the drive. There is a small round hole that would be depressed. You may also consider replacing the drive. Check ebay or with the original manufacturer for a replacement.
