Question about HP OfficeJet 4315 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I am trying to scan some photos, there are no folds or marks on the pictures, but when I scan them, the scanned image shows a vertical white line all the way down the picture.
Did you try cleaning the little glass strip where the documents go in? Lift the button panel and wipe the glass with rubbing alcohol and cotton swabs or lens paper if you have it. Mine does this sometimes when dust or white out or little bits of paper get stuck on the glass.
