SOURCE: I have an Orbit WaterMaster Sprinkler control, it

There are 3 things this "off power" "light bulb" could be. Blinking red light? means fuse has gone out. Check the power source where the unit is plugged in to. Is the GFI popped out? plug something else like a fan or something into the socket to test. the third thing is a short internally. Call orbit technical assistance. they're great.

Manual:

Website:
http://www.orbitonline.com/products/Timers/02/01/19/671/

Timer has 4 year warranty

The manual has troubleshooting

Looking through the manual I can see potential trouble areas:
-Water pressure too high > 60 psi is ordinary household pressure > order Brady BTG pressure gauge that connects to hose
-Overlapping times are 'stacked' by timer ... but 'more than one start time' is listed as cause of stations turning on when not supposed to >> reset and re-program timer, make chart of on-off times
-Weak or missing AA batteries >> clean terminal inside timer and replace batteries
-Hard water deposits or unfiltered water clogging water valve (water softeners frequently have this problem) >>> see if vinegar or CLR cleaner can help flush water valve >>> add sediment filter in front of timer
-Look at screen > does display show Manual? As in manual mode2322052.jpg
-Fuse blown
-Bad solenoid
-A combination of problems listed above with sediment -or- solenoid as main suspects

SOURCE: My timer counts down but no water is coming out of

If it only one head/zone that does not work, it may be that you have a bad solenoid for that head/zone. Check the solenoid for any visual hints that the solenoid has failed, such as rust, and recheck that all wire connections are still waterproof. Another possibility may be the transformer, check is the resistance if you see an infinite reading then it will need to be replaced. SOURCE: We have an above ground

Sounds like this is an issue of gravity allowing the lower level fountains to take all the water from the central (higher) fountain.

The pump needs to either be much stronger OR you will need to restrict the flow out of the lower fountains until the upper fountain starts to work OR reduce the number of lower fountains (this is just another way of restricting the flow out of the lower fountains).

I don't have details of your pump and fountain models but you won't get water up to the higher fountain if it can flow out of the lower fountains faster than you can pump it.

Good luck.

Mod 57880 am setting ok pm setting wont come on ?

Is this new timer?
Or timer that worked before and stopped working?

Check outlet with circuit analyzer for correct polarity and grounding.
Reset timer and re-program, being careful to avoid conflicts and/or overlaps. Each ON time must also have OFF time with consistent days for each. If selected time is 12:00, then use 11:59 instead to avoid possible problems with am and pm conflict.
product comes with 1 year limited warranty.

Orbit digital 57880 sprinkler timer manual is 19 pages long, which is good argument for using analog timers with 1 page manual.
Troubleshoot appears on page 18 of manual, and includes Tech service number.

1) You can use Fixya live phone support.
Keep in mind, there is no repair for busted timers.
Aquaman is irrigation contractor:
http://www1.fixya.com/users/aquaman987

2) Fixya has a few solutions posted that may or may not apply to your situation:
http://www.fixya.com/tags/57880

3) You can have interactive conversation with me over the internet by adding a comment, and that sends email and I will respond.
I am electrician, and timer expert. I test timers, and 5-7% arrive defective.
I am not 100% informed about this timer and have not tested it.
The first baseline for any troubleshoot is to check electrical outlet with circuit analyzer. This will say if outlet is wired and grounded correctly. Buy circuit analyzer at hardware outlet.
Next thing is to connect timer to different outlet.
If circuit has florescent lights, then unplug or turn off florescent lights to see if problem clears up.
Next thing is to review troubleshoot page 18 in manual:
http://www.irrigationdirect.com/media/manuals/owners-manuals/orbit/Orbit-WaterMaster-57880-Controller-Owners-Manual.pdf
The on-line manual can be word-searched, and has page number that we can both refer to when discussing the timer.
Next thing is to write out the steps. It sounds ridiculous, since the manual has the steps. But when manuals get confusing for me, I write out the steps until they are clear.
Another thing to watch for is conflicting programs: write out the programs before starting.

Please do the above mentioned things, then add a comment so we can get started.

Model 57882 9 station timer I did set up station 1 where do I begin in order to set up station 3

Question is not clear.
Do you have programming problem with the timer?
Or problem locating sprinkler heads?
Or a sprinkler valve problem?
Add a comment with detailed information.

Sprinkler timer turns ON-and-OFF.
Timer does not advance the sprinkler to next station. The sprinkler valve advances to next station when timer turns OFF.
For example, when timer turns ON, then station 1 starts watering.
Timer turns off, and then sprinkler valve automatically advances to station 2.
Timer turns on again, and station 2 starts watering.
