Mastered pretty much everything but the E-BOOK (Downloading text feature). I've followed instructions. The player brings up the title in the E-BOOK list but when I click on it, it just goes to a blank screen with a side bar for scrolling, but again "no text".

-   I have not taken any steps to resolve this I can't even figure out how to begin. There are no directions that I can find to tell me how to download text. Also what format does this read. I have ebooks in different formats.-   greeneyes12
