Clean inside lens fungus

Whatever you do, do not open the lens. You will never be able to reassemble it. If the fungus is adversely affecting your images, you need to take it to a qualified camera repair man or send it to a Nikon repair depot found on the Nikon website. If it is not affecting your pictures, I would just live with it.

On a new Nikon 18-55mm AF-S DX Zoom - Nikkor f/3.5-5.6 lens and a Nikon 55-200 mm AF-S DX Zoom f/4.56 lens is VR also included and standard?

Nikon currently lists two 18-55 AF-S DX and two 55-200 AF-S DX lenses. One in each pair has vibration reduction, the other does not. The ones with VR in the name have it, otherwise it doesn't.

VR isn't exactly an option. If it wasn't built into the lens initially, you can't add it later. A lens either has it or it doesn't, though if a lens has VR it can be switched off.

Nikon dx swm 18-55 mm

This is a very common problem. It sometimes happens without cause, sometimes by tightening or removing a filter. There are a couple of keys that keep the front lens from rotating while zooming that are very thin and easily bent. They have to be removed and straightened, and the rear piece you see floating has to be reinserted. It's about a $40 job and half-an-hour by a local independent repair shop. Expect to pay Nikon twice that.

Does Tokina-12-24mmF/4Pro DX complies with Nikon-D3 FX Format

Barrel distortion like you describe can always be a problem, especially at ultra-wide focal lengths like yours at 12mm. Some of this can be compensated for in software... Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Elements do a reasonable job, IMO, Bibble Pro (www.bibblelabs.com) does even better, especially with the 3rd party plugins like Percy perspective correction. These are things we have to live with when we have smaller sensors and ultra-wide angle lenses. There is nothing wrong with your lens, you will probably find that this distortion is minimized if you use a longer focal length (say 14mm) and/or stop down the lens a bit.. try f8, wide angle lenses have huge depth of field.
