Question about Sylvania LC260SS8 26 in. LCD Television
The image in this kind of tv's is generated by a processor that receives the analog data from the cable and converts it in digital format for every pixel on your screen. Now it no longer does that , instead it generates random patterns - it has just died. You can't fix it, the entire motherboard will have to be replaced. This is quite a complicated procedure that must be done by someone knowledgeable. It will be quite expensive, finding part for your tv will be difficult. Ask a quote before committing, you might find that is cheaper just to get another tv.
