The drive belt is very likely stretched from normal use and will squeak more when you start it because of the resistance of the pulleys that the belt starts to turn when you first start up. You should replace the drive belt. If you have never done this before, you may wish to have someone at the parts store show you the steps you need to take to loosen the belt tensioner and it's easy after that. They will do it for free because it's easy to illustrate and they can sell you the drive belt.
Could be your belt's, try adjusting and if that don't work, belt's could be glaze and would need replacing.
Does it squeek like a whistle if so you may need to change one of the belts in the engine either alternator or timing or even fan
