I have a TI-84 plus calculator I purchased in September. It does not power up anymore. I have changed out the 4 AAA batteries and still nothing happens. I shouldn't have to change out the back up battery should I?

99 % of the time this can be solved by press in on then 2nd then holding up (increcing the contrast)
