this model does not use a bulb, but has 3 picture tubes. Most common problem for this is bad solder connections under the high voltage transformer.

RCA rear projection hd tv 52inch comes on sometimes other time green light goes on then off and then flashes and tv does not come on

Hello,

Your power supply board is dead, u know basic electronics' and soldering? Most of the times, the power supply board just have dead leakages gases capacitors. These capacitors always bulges up on it top,or puff up on it top.Replaced these gases leakages capacitors will get your TV power stable, and work again.Or tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

Hope this will help in solving the product.....

How do I replace the CP150 on an RCA D5219 52inch rear projection?

You must know how to Solder, you will have to unsolder the capacitor and resolder in the New one
you also need to replace 3 capacitors CP150 CP114 CP120 they are all in the Same Circuit.
They are on the deflection Board which is the Bottom lefthand side and will have the FBT flyback Transfomer.

Often it will, But the Flyback transformer is also famous for failing in that Model which can cause the same symptom. Caps should alwasy be tried first with that model.
