Try using RSD 2.4 or higher and flash it with R749 MP, keep in mind RSD is not easy to find and since it is considered a warez it is not allowed to be posted hope this helps

Your phone is stuck in bootloader mode. If your phone did this on its own then most likely your memory is fried. sorry

Show me the way to restore bootloader for v3i.

Your phone has become a brick and needs professional attention to restore the firmware. Note that it's not always possible, and on an old phone like the v3 it may be cheaper to replace the phone completely.

I'm getting a bootloader usb init screen

Your phone is partly fried. It needs to be re-flashed. You can do it with a USB cable and the proper software....Google "bootloader USB" for some help in finding the software. One thing to try, hold down the "*" and "#" keys while powering up the phone, this could possibly help, but I doubt it.

Good Luck!!!

Bootloader usb init

This means that the phone firmware is corrupt - you can try to reflash it using Motorola software update, but it might not work for a phone stuck in bootloader mode:

Bootloader usb ini

I had the same problem so I called Motorola Tech support. They told me the BOOTLOADER USB INI message meant that the software for the phone wasnt updated and in order to update it to the right software you'd have to send it in to them to fix it for free ONLY if its still under their 1 year warranty or else you'll have to buy a new phone. So next time you guys get a new phone make SURE you UPDATE YOUR SOFTWARE REGULARLY! I learned my lesson. I am so pissed.

P.S. Is there anyway of getting your contacts off through the comp even if your phone wont power on?
