Question about Samsung Prostar 816 Phone
I have a Prostar 816 keyset that used to be not have access to the outside lines. It was only used for internal station to station calls. All of a sudden the outside lines are accessible. How do I turn them off?
Our technical support company went out of business and I can't seem to locate instructions that make sense to me.
The Station Toll Class of the phone needs to be changed to a Toll Class 5 which allows 911 calls and certain numbers set in MMC # 94. The program to do this is MMC # 30. The problem is when MMC # 30 is accessed it displays the Toll Class for all 16 phones so use caution that you do not change the wrong extension. If you still need help with this problem please repost and I can walk you thru the process.
