Icemaker wont make ice. Any ideas?

Sounds like the thermostat inside the ice maker that allows the heater to come on during harvest cycle is bad. You will need to replace the ice maker.

Is the filter down at the bottom of the fridge stopped up? It could be or it also could be a valve closed. Try disconnecting the downstream valve at the filter and see if you have water there. If no, then you definately have a clogged filter. When was the last time you changed the filter?

I don't believe there any supplied by manufacture but if you know the size you might check your local hardware store

The water dispenser control is only part of the dual water control valve. If water did not refill the empty ice maker tray after dropping ice into the ice bin the=> 67006322 Water Inlet Valve will need to be replaced. Let me know should you have questions, Thanks Sea Breeze

Ice maker or Ice bucket? If it's the icemaker then you will need to replace the icemaker.

its the ice maker .water or condensation has built up in the ice maker modual and refroze upon turning unit back on.either get a new ice maker or uninstall the ice maker and let it dry for a few days and reinstall.but it could happen again that way.or maybe not.

sounds as if the icemaker is getting too much water and causing the unit to flood out. aside from replacing the icemaker you may be able to adj the amount of water going into the icemaker. there is a screw that holds the front cover of the icemaker inplace. remove the cover and you should see a screw  with a + and - sign on it. try turning the screw 1/4 turn then wait for the icemaker to cycle and see if it improves. keep making theses adjustments until your problem is solved thx peyton

Depends on the model. BI models or co29 the setting is warmer to make more ice.co2075 you have 2 tstats. So the icemaker control is seperate.What model do you have
