Question about Kenmore Elite 20972
I need to remove the doors of my Kenmore Elite side-by-side refrigerator. There is a water feed tube going into the door from the the bottom. There is also a connector that allows the tube from the door to connect to the supply line going under the refrigerator.
My question is how do I disconnect the tube so I can remove the door?
This is the new style connectors push in on the blue end of the connector and pull on the hose it will come out of the quick connect connector

I had the same problem, it took me an hour. The connector allowing the tube from the door is connected to the back of the refrigerator. You must go to the back and unhook the white tube from the connector, then it will easily come off the refrigerators door. Hopefully it works for you.
