Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

No sound is coming and cant play any music from my laptop model Aspire 1350 Acer

you need to goto "Device Manager" to verify plug and play sees the audio hardware.
you can right click on "My Computer" and select "manage"
From the next screen you will see "Device Manager"
there will be a selection called "Sound,Video and Game controllers"
Verify the status box saids "Device is working properly"
I will assume somewhere in this section, you will see an error... and you will need to goto ACER's website to get drivers...
If it all looks good. you need to check your "sounds and audio Devices" in Control Panel...

I just formatted my computer and now i cant play a music file

You will need to reinstall the driver software for your soundcard. Go to the website for your computer manufacturer and search for your model computer and download and install the audio drivers.

Example sites:

support.dell.com
support.hp.com

My laptop wont play sound

I would recommend trying to see if these drivers will correct the issue..I can't see you having a laptop, and all of a sudden, there is no sound card installed? So, I think the drivers will solve the issue. You will need to enter serial number of laptop..click on the below link..

Hello

It may be the same problem that I had recently, where it said "No audio device installed", but everything looked fine in Device Manager. (If you don't know how to get there, you can look it up. It's not hard.) If that's the case, all you have to do is restart your computer (possibly a couple times).

If you're fairly certain you actually don't have an audio device installed, try a Google search for audio drivers. There are a ton of websites that can help you find and download the right one for your system. (Check the sponsored ads first!) Hope this helps!
