Go to device manager and click on scan for New Hardware. This will come up with the bluetooth hardware.

Tips for a great answer:
1. Click Bluetooth.
2. Click Devices.
3. Select the device you want to delete from the Bluetooth Devices listing.
4. Click the Delete Pairing button.
5. Click Delete or "Disconnect and Delete".
