Question about Avaya 4412D Corded Phone

1 Answer

Avaya Speakerphone I have an Avaya 4412D+ speakerphone that isn't loud enough for a big conference call. Are there any products like supplemental speakers compatible with this unit? Or maybe an affordable conference room speakerphone that is compatible with our PBX? I couldn't find anything searching around. Failing that, I could rig something if anyone knows the pinout and voltages of the headset jack.

No, that was a drawback of the 44xx series phones. You should use a Polycom conference phone for a conference phone.

Wow, an oldie for sure. An SP-34 is a non-speakerphone (but monitor speaker) 34 button non-display terminal for a Merlin system. It's not exactly that easy, because the system it's connected to might not be what I would expect, but try this for size.

It gives you the basics and the codes should all be correct. If they don't work, you need to find out what model your cabinet is in the back room and post back, but the timing is right for a Plus.

How do I mute my MLS-34D when using Speakerphone?

5104,

The button that mutes the speakerphone is the mic/HFAI key located above your speaker button. The mic mute feature works while using the speaker, when the phone is idle it works as the handsfree answerback intercom.
hope that helps,

Cant get speakerphone to work on samsung sgh-c416

Here is how you activate the speaker phone:
  1. During a call, press the Options soft key to access the following: Loud Spkr ON/OFF: Allows you to enable the speakerphone option.
  2. Also, During a call, use the speakerphone key in conjunction with the left soft key to activate the speakerphone operation.

For both options use the volume keys (located on the left side
of your phone) to adjust the volume.

If neither of these methods work, then there is a problem with your phone.

Good Luck!

Avaya 2410 speakerphone

If the phone programming has been set to 2-way and you have reset the phone. Either by unplugging it and waiting for a few minutes then plugging it back in or from the idle state press the "MUTE" key and then dial R E S E T on the keypad. If after this it will still not work as 2 way then it is most likely a faulty phone.
