If this is a common problem then ring the manufacturer, if not you will need to have it replaced.

My Hoover BOSS 2315l started having issues not finishing the spin cycle, now it just continues to turn off every few min, so I need to keep restarting it. Does anyone know whats wrong please.

Symptomatic of a blocked drain pipe, blocked filter, or a failed drain pump, drain pump with a broken impeller.

Remove the filter cover and check for obstructions. Attach a hose pipe to the drain hose, wrap it with a towel, hold the two hoses over a bucket and get someone to turn the hose on until you can't hold the pipes any longer, usually about 15 seconds. This clears obstructions in the pipe into the machine drum and filter. After checking the filter and behind it, put it on for a rinse and spin.

If the pump has failed, you can drain the machine by lowering the drain hose into a bucket or floor drain.

There are videos online on how to change out a faulty drain pump.

How to remove broken off hot water tank drain nipple

You can purchase an ease out tool from Home Depot or Lowe's, It fits inside the broken pipe and when you rotate it counter clockwise it tightens inside the pipe and removes the nipple. (Be sure to check the inside pipe diameter first)

My washing machine has two flashing lights and it want drain the water it just stops half way through i think my water pump is broken

machine wont spin while it has water in my advice is to lay the drain pipe level with the floor (outside of your house) so it can drain if it doesn't drain then you have a blockage anywhere from the drum outlet into the pump to the water pipe if it does drian then take the pump apart and check it turns freely

The machine will fill with water and run through the first part of the cycle, then stop. If I turn the setting dial to the next setting the machine will start, but does not pump out the water. At each step...

Have exactly the same problem. At first thought it was broken drain pipe--as I found broken drain pipe searching for a fix for this--coincidence? Anyway, drain pipe fixed, and unit still will not enter spin mode. When unit gets to spin mode, there's an audible click (solenoid), and the unit will not spin or drain the water.
All else is working fine.

I have a kenmore 80 series washer and it won't fill up some times

It sounds like a siphon issue so nothing should be broken.
Check that the drain hose does a high loop before it goes into the drain pipe. (ie. drain hose loops above the water level inside the tub). Make sure the drain hose is not pushed too far down into the drain pipe. Also if the drain hose is sealed to the drain pipe this will create an airlock and a siphon will occur, allow air to enter between drain hose and drain pipe connection.
This should help you but if there is still a problem let me know and I'll try to assist you further.
Good luck!

Whirlpool Washer - Imperial Series Quiet Wash 2

your washers drain hose is too far down the drain pipe which is causing a siphoning action pull the washers drain hose out pipe some you should be able to hear water dropping into the pipe the reason it only happens in the rinse cycle is because the water from wash is being drained and before the water vacuum is broken the rinse water comes in causing it to keep draining
