Question about Canonical Ltd. Ubuntu
1) Connect the printer, many of them will auto detect
2) Go to System > Administration > Printing
3) Choose Add Printer
4) If your printer has been detected then you will see it listed, if not click on other and browse to the drivers.
Not all printers are supported, if you don't see your exact model number there then try one that is close.
