Update ur sound driver and if it dosen`t work then install reginout it will fix ur problem then again installation of driver will fix ur problem

1. See that the Sound / Speakers are not muted 2. See that the Sound drivers are installed 3. Remove the Sound card drivers and re-install 4. Restart the system and check once
