Try to ran a typical laptop battery of tests, including games, applications, and a couple other areas. Time constraints limited the amount of testing we could get done before the NDA lift (and it's already a few hours late), but we will be providing a follow-up article with further testing and information. That said, if there are any specific areas that you'd like to see tested, feel free to e-mail me or leave a comment.

My San Disk micro SDHC Memory Cards 8GB wont format and when put in a device it heats up. What is wrong with it?

technically, some card readers dont have any regulators to minimize the voltage to read a microSD.. some direct card reader can destroy/ damage your memory card.. try to use an all-in-one card reader, or a microSD adaptor then put it in your card reader slot..
Card reader slot in laptops made for memory cards only.. =))

Pictures to computer from camera

Aside from connecting the whole camera to the computer using a communication cable, you can remove the SD memory card of your camera. After removing it, place it in a card reader (some CPU have a built-in card reader), then connect the card reader to the CPU. It now serves like a flash drive connected to the computer.

On your computer, open My Computer. Your memory card will appear as Removable Disk. Double click on it and you can now have an ease access. Here you can copy the taken pictures from your camera to your computer.

Memory stick pro duo sony won't read

Files on a flash drive and memory cards in a card reader can be corrupted if it is not removed from the USB port properly.
Before removing the flash drive click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon and then click on the flash drive you want to remove and then remove the flash drive when the computer message says it is Safe to remove.
To restore the memory card and flash drive you may need to format the flash drive, but you will lose the data stored on the flash drive.
If you need the data on the flash drive these WEB sites may help: -

Memory Stick won't load on PC

tyr looking for a firmware or an update on the net for your memory card reader.  It should be easy to find.  And update. Since the flash memory card isn't the problem it's either your card reader is too old and can't support that size of card or the reader need an update.

in some laptops and desktops the memory card reader is inbuilt, but not in all the cases. for connecting your memory card you need a memory card reader. plug memory card reader to your computer, then plug your memory card to card reader and your memory card will be connected to computer.
